CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: The QTLI Canadian Queer & Trans Monologue Project

We are looking for the voices that refuse to be quieted. The stories that haven’t been told. The truth that only you can speak.

QTLI is assembling an anthology celebrating, making visible, and redefining queer and trans life across Canada through our Monolgue Anothology.

We want to channel the raw, boundary-breaking courage of historic works like The Vagina Monologues, bringing deep, humorous, vulnerable, and urgent stories into the light.

What We Are Looking For

We want single-voice monologues. It can be a direct reflection of your lived experience or an entirely imagined character, life, or history. We want you to think outside your limits and write about what really matters: family, politics, culture, race, love, children, war, identity, secrecy, abilitiy, bodies, emotions, religion, oppression, joy, grief, loss, transformation, medical realities, love, and the soul.

For submission guidelines, please go to the SUBMISSIONS page/link.
